Nearly three months ago I began studying under Andres Alvarez at the Animation Design Center. He's teaching me everything from character design to story boarding (eventually). So far I've learned head development, dynamic poses, and character rotations. With coloring we've touched basis on core and reflective lighting and shading in general. Now, I'm working on temperature, core mass, and basic shapes with a more cartoony style of animation. Over the next few weeks I plan to put those into to practice to start developing my portfolio.
Graduated from UCI two years ago and I'm a summer away from graduating at LBSU. Currently, I'm working towards becoming a character design artist hopefully at Nick or Cartoon Network? One can do more than dream.
